Position OverviewRosewood AMAALA, an ultra-luxury resort within the Red Sea Global destination, is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Talent Development Manager to design, implement, and drive learning and development initiatives that cultivate a culture of excellence, engagement, and career growth. This pivotal role will ensure that associates are equipped with the skills, mindset, and confidence to deliver exceptional service experiences in line with Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® philosophy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ brand philosophy and the operational needs of Rosewood AMAALA.Design and facilitate training programs covering orientation, service excellence, leadership development, technical skills, and compliance requirements.Lead the Perfect Discovery orientation journey, ensuring new associates are inspired and immersed in Rosewood culture from day one.Partner with Department Heads and ExCom to conduct training needs analyses and deliver tailored programs that enhance departmental performance.Implement talent development frameworks such as Individual Development Plans, succession planning, and career pathways for high-potential associates.Foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, e-learning platforms, mentoring, and cross-exposure opportunities across Rosewood properties.Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness and ROI through data-driven evaluation methods.Serve as a custodian of Rosewood’s service philosophy, coaching leaders and associates to embody the brand’s values and standards in daily interactions.Collaborate with regional and corporate Talent & Culture teams to ensure alignment with global talent development initiatives.Manage departmental budgets for training programs and maintain compliance with local labor laws and Red Sea Global requirementsQualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management within luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage multicultural audiences. Proven experience in designing leadership development programs and succession planning. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
