M/S AMCO ENTERPRISE LTD is looking for Talent ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityBusiness Development & SalesIdentify, target, and acquire new clients within the GCC manpower market.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets.Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements.Negotiate and close high-value manpower supply contracts with corporate clients.Market Research & ExpansionConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and business prospects.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of major GCC projects, including NEOM, Red Sea, and Aramco developments.Analyze competitors and suggest effective market positioning strategies.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Procurement, and Project Directors.Provide continuous client support and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and project updates.Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Manpower Operations CoordinationCoordinate manpower demands between clients, the Saudi/GCC offices, and Bangladesh HQ.Manage recruitment, visa processing, and mobilization activities efficiently.Handle urgent manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment to project sites.Communication & ReportingDeliver professional client presentations and business correspondence.Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client communications.Prepare regular business reports, sales forecasts, and market insights for management.Problem-Solving & ComplianceAddress operational challenges effectively with quick decision-making.Ensure full compliance with GCC labor laws and company policies.Assist in resolving client or project-related issues promptly.Technical & Administrative TasksUnderstand various manpower categories (skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled) and salary structures.Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and documentation for client approval.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism in all official correspondence.Professional Conduct & TeamworkUphold the company’s standards of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and company objectives.Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach to work.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)IELTS Requirement: Minimum score 7.0 (IELTS certificate is mandatory).Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory).Graduation from a foreign university is preferred.Additional RequirementsTechnology & Computer SkillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Must be expert in email communication, including drafting, formatting, and client correspondence.Capable of managing digital tools for reporting, data tracking, and client management.Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales within the manpower supply sector.Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of GCC markets, especially in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and Facility Management.Communication: Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and email communication expertise.Compliance: Familiarity with GCC labor laws and manpower regulations.Appearance & Personality: Must be smart, well-groomed, and presentable with a professional attitude and confident personality.Job LocationBahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
