Qualifications: βœ” Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening methods. βœ” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. βœ” Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. βœ” Proficiency with recruitment software and social media platforms. βœ” Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or a background in sales – a strong advantage. βœ” Knowledge of Office software, including Excel, and CRM systems – a strong advantage. βœ” ⁠Fluency in English and Hebrew at a very high level – mandatory.
