The Reservations Specialist will handle booking requests, coordinate with clients and colleagues, manage reservations, and keep records updated. Daily tasks include processing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Qualifications Reservations skills and experience in managing booking systemsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsSales skills to support and enhance customer bookingsTraining skills to assist in onboarding new team membersProficiency in managing administrative tasks and maintaining detailed recordsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamExperience in the construction industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
