Job Summary:You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of specialized technical roles and will serve as a key resource in managing talent onboarding, maintaining our HRIS data integrity, and actively contributing to HR initiatives and our external employer brand.Key Responsibilities:1. Tech Recruitment & Sourcing (50%)Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the full hiring cycle for all technical roles, including Software Developers, Software Engineers, QA, Product Development, DevOps, and IT Consultants, ensuring a rapid time-to-hire.Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and technical communities to attract passive, high-caliber talent.Technical Screening and Interview: Conduct in-depth initial screenings and interviews together with Hiring Manager to evaluate candidates' technical skills, consulting aptitude, and alignment with project needs and company culture.Market Intelligence: Provide hiring managers with up-to-date market data on technical compensation, hiring trends, and competitive insights.2. Onboarding & New Hire Experience (20%)New Hire Management: Manage the pre-boarding and seamless physical/virtual onboarding process for all new technical hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork, background checks, and logistics are completed efficiently.First-Day Experience: Design and deliver a memorable first-day and first-week experience, collaborating with IT and departmental heads to ensure new employees have the resources and support needed to integrate quickly.Documentation: Ensure all employment contracts, compliance forms, and consulting-specific documentation are correctly executed and filed.3. HRIS Management & General HR Activities (20%) HRIS Management: Serve as a key administrator for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) [Specify System, e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP]. Ensure data accuracy, run standard reports, and manage employee records throughout the lifecycle.HR Support: Assist with general HR functions such as employee data updates, internal policy communication, benefit enrollment support, and off-boarding processes.Compliance: Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies.4. Employer Branding & Employee Advocacy (10%) Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture on external platforms and during candidate interactions.Content Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to capture and create authentic employer branding content, such as employee testimonials and "Day in the Life" features on social media.External Engagement: Represent the company at professional events, university career fairs, and technical meetups to enhance visibility and build the talent pipeline.Required Skills and Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in a dynamic technical recruiting role, preferably within the IT consulting or solutions industry.Proven hands-on experience or significant familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems administration and reporting.Strong understanding of technical roles, IT infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
