You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a roster of high-profile digital creators - nurturing their careers, driving brand partnerships, and helping them expand across new formats, audiences, and commercial opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the main point of contact for a roster of digital creatorsProvide day-to-day career guidance, strategic planning, and creative supportSource, negotiate, and close brand deals, campaign activations, and long-term partnershipsIdentify new revenue streams and brand categories aligned with each creator’s goalsSupport creators in developing short- and long-term career strategies across digital, live, publishing, and traditional mediaRepresent the agency and its roster at industry events, shoots, and brand meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, PR agencies, and platform representativesMAIN REQUIREMENTS3 - 5+ years’ experience in talent managementProven track record of managing creators or talent at scale, ideally with mid- to top-tier influencersCommercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to deal-making and brand buildingSUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
