This is a remote, full-time role ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment, coordination, and people management.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for ongoing rolesSchedule and coordinate interviewsMaintain candidate and client databasesSupport communication with applicants and partnersResearch companies and job markets as neededQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently, from sourcing to offer stage.Excellent command of spoken and written English.Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and familiar with recruitment tools or CRMs.Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.Self-driven, dependable, and committed to excellence in communication and deliver
