Tap into your extensive industry network to source high-quality, relevant candidates quickly. Apply market and hiring trend insights to guide hiring managers on role positioning, talent availability, and competitive dynamics. Build and maintain robust pipelines across tech and non-tech functions. Conduct thorough screenings, competency evaluations, and candidate assessments. Manage all candidate communication, interview coordination, and stakeholder feedback loops. Provide talent intelligence and market updates, ensuring data-driven hiring decisions. Support employer branding efforts through authentic outreach and referrals. Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment advisor. Requirements5–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or Executive Search. A strong, active network across tech, product, design, sales, marketing, or operations talent pools in Bangalore. Proven ability to identify and close passive candidates using relationships and strategic sourcing methods. Strong understanding of hiring trends, evolving talent behaviors, and competitive market movement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision. Open to flexible, part-time engagement—ideal as a side gig or consulting extension. Preferably based in Bengaluru.
