We're seeking an experienced Contract Sourcer to support our hiring initiatives from November 2025 through January 2026. This is a high-impact role where you'll help us identify and engage exceptional talent across engineering, marketing, and professional services functions.LocationWe are looking to partner with someone in LATAM or APAC. What You'll DoSource top-tier candidates across multiple functions: software engineers, marketing, and professional services roles Build and manage talent pipelines using advanced search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, industry communities, and other sourcing channelsCraft compelling outreach messages that resonate with passive candidates and generate strong response ratesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamicsTrack and report on sourcing metrics including pipeline health, response rates, and conversion metricsMaintain organized candidate records in our ATS and provide regular pipeline updatesWhat You BringRequired3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in a recruiting agency, in-house recruiting team, or as an independent sourcerIdeally, you have your own LinkedIn Recruiter seat (Recruiter Lite or Corporate)Proven track record sourcing for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, etc.) and GTM/professional services positionsStrong Boolean search skills and experience with advanced sourcing techniquesExcellent written communication – your outreach messages convert passive candidates into interested prospectsSelf-starter mentality – you work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver results without constant oversightBonus PointsAccess to additional sourcing tools (e.g., Noon.ai & Ashby)Experience with startup or high-growth company recruitingBackground sourcing for AI/ML, growth marketing, or strategy consulting rolesExperience with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)Perks🌍 Fully Remote WorkWork from anywhere—your productivity, your space!We help set up your work environment to enable your best work.Minimal meetings and async communication for deep focus🏖 Ample Time OffEnablement for you to recognize your countries holidaysWe encourage you to take the time you need to recharge!📚 Professional GrowthWe’re an AI forward culture and work environment - Learn all things AI!Access to training, workshops & mentorship programsSupport for external conferences & industry events🤝 Collaborative CultureOpen communication & feedback-driven environment.Clear, concise communication is key to our success.Work Visa: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence.
