Located in NEOM and supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, NGHC integrates renewable solar and wind power to produce up to 650 tons of green ammonia per day, driving innovation and impact on a global scale.We are looking for motivated candidates to join the Tamheer Program.Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Location: Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi ArabiaPOSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for passionate and motivated candidates to join the Tamheer Program at NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC).This program provides practical training across various departments such as Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, and Renewable Energy. Participants will gain valuable on-the-job experience and contribute to the operations and development of the world’s largest green hydrogen project located in Oxagon, Tabuk.SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional setting.ESSENTIAL EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors:Engineering (Electrical, Control, Process, Instrumentation, Renewable Energy)Information TechnologySupply Chain ManagementBusiness AdministrationIndustrial EngineeringOperations ManagementLawFinanceCandidates must have less than one year of professional experience to be eligible for the Tamheer Program.DESIRED EDUCATION AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:High GPA and academic distinction preferred.Prior exposure to projects and coursework in supply chain.Priority will be given to candidates from the Tabuk region.
