TapMango is looking for our next Client Support Representative to provide first class customer service and technical support to our merchants!What You'll be DoingRespond to, manage, and resolve support requests via live chat, email, and phone channelsAcquire the role of a marketing and business consultant to provide feedback to clients that fits their industry and business needsProvide prompt, friendly, and overall awesome service across all customer interactionsCoordinate incoming requests with the Sales and Success teams to ensure client needs are metSupport administrative tasks regarding billing transactions, shipment processes, hardware setups and potential merchant design workIdentify opportunities during service interactions to actively share platform best practices to stimulate product adoption + ROIIdentify and escalate defects to development in accordance with established escalation processMaintain high level of product and internal process knowledgeParticipate in and lead additional projects as requiredWhat You BringKeen interest in technologyExperience providing exceptional customer service/technical supportExcellent written and oral communication skillsSuperior customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping othersStrong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quicklyExperience working in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPositive attitude and diligent work ethicAbility to work well independently with minimal supervisionSelf motivated individual who has a high level of autonomy and the ability to effectively apply discretion in a remote work environment.
