Tasting Room Sales Assistant

Passel Estate is a very small, family-owned vineyard in the heart of Margaret River, producing critically acclaimed wines while also supporting native wildlife conservation. We are seeking an experienced tasting room / cellar door sales assistant, who shares our passion for fine wine and nature conservation, and is excited by the opportunity to join our small team, to deliver Passel Estate’s guided tastings, immersive experiences and wine events.   You will work closely with our Sales Manager and the rest of our friendly team to drive wine sales and grow our loyal wine club membership.

 You will also assist with managing the tasting room venue with the opportunity to grow your responsibilities over time.   This is a hands-on position requiring operational excellence, warm hospitality, attention to detail and sales skills.  Training will be provided. It is a permanent position offering superannuation and leave entitlements.  The ideal candidate will be available to work 4 or 5 days a week, including some weekends.  Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.  Full working rights in Australia are essential, visa sponsorship is not offered.
