We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant: Computer Support Specialist in EMEA.As a Teaching Assistant: Computer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting learners through virtual training programs focused on computer and technology skills. You will guide and assist a group of 25-30 learners, helping them understand, retain, and apply course content effectively. This role requires both synchronous and asynchronous engagement, including answering questions, facilitating breakout sessions, and providing one-on-one support. You will help maintain a smooth learning experience, troubleshoot technical issues, and support instructors during live sessions.
