Teaching Quality Assistant (Indonesian+English)

Thanks to the efforts of our global team, thousands of children from different countries have collaborated on creating their first programs, websites and mobile apps.We are looking for candidates who:have at least 1 year of experience in teaching or teaching administrationare critical thinkers and excellent communicatorshave deep interest in teaching children & teaching in generalare thrilled with an opportunity to influence teaching quality and students' learning experienceare Indonesian speakersare confident English speakersWhat you will do:Conduct mock-up lessons for candidates for tutor roleTake part in tutor training (different roles applicable: observer, assistant, trainer)Review and assess regular lessonsProvide candidates and tutors with feedbackWork on continuous teaching quality system improvementWhat we offer:remote work from any part of the worldfull-time job (40 hours a week)flexible working hours
