This is an in-person role required to be based at our Manchester office daily.Your Responsibilities Will Include Among OthersWorking with other support team colleagues to complete all business support functions of the office.Providing reception cover, taking care to ensure that all public areas are tidy and welcomingProvide excellent front of house support including answering calls, being aware of daily visitors and welcoming themWorking with the client onboarding team to successfully onboard clients through our strict money laundering processesProducing letters, documents, PowerPoint presentations and other MS documents as neededOther key administrative duties such as:Engagement letter productionManaging incoming and outgoing postScanning documents as required and arranging document storage/confidential shreddingMeeting room managementStationery ordering and managementCRM maintenanceProduce letters, documents, PowerPoint presentations and other MS documents as neededQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you shouldProven experience in an office environment, ideally within professional services Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and adaptable to other systemsMust be proficient in spreadsheet packages to be able to process documents efficientlyAbility to deal effectively and politely with people at all levels, both internally and externallyPlanning and organising: will need to be able to organise time so as to meet deadlinesProfessional Qualifications And EducationEducated to GCSE level or equivalentAdditional InformationAs a colleague here at S&W you will have access to benefits that includeCompetitive salaryPrivate medical insuranceLife assurancePension contributionHybrid working model (role dependent)Generous holiday packageOption to purchase additional holidayShared parental leaveFully funded training towards professional qualificationsCycle to work schemeSeason ticket loanEye care supportWe are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
