Duties & responsibilities:Commercial LeadershipPersonally originate and secure new relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Family Offices, and Senior Executive clients to aggressively accelerate Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.Strategically leverage personal, professional networks, strategic external partnerships, and sophisticated market intelligence to rapidly establish a substantial, high-quality book of business.Strategic Team ScalingBuild a dynamic, top-tier team of Relationship Managers (RMs), Associate RMs, and other essential frontline roles, aligned with the approved organizational expansion roadmap.Establish and execute a robust coaching and development program to ensure new hires achieve full productivity and expertise quickly, maintaining the firm's standard of excellence.Implement continuous coaching routines, structured performance management reviews, and clear career-development pathways to nurture and retain elite talent.Client Advisory & Service ExcellenceProvide strategic guidance and crucial frontline support for key client engagements, specifically handling complex onboarding processes, large AUM transitions, and multi-jurisdictional client structures.Collaborate with internal Product Specialists to deliver holistic, multi-asset class investment solutions, including exclusive access to private market and alternative offerings.Ensure all team activities operate in strict adherence to local financial regulatory requirements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Know-Your-Client (KYC) standards, and the firm’s internal risk management framework.Partner with internal stakeholders (product, compliance, operations) to identify and implement enhancements that boost onboarding efficiency and client servicing workflows.Qualifications:A minimum of 6 years' experience within private banking, wealth management, or closely related high-end financial services sectors.Track record of personal success in sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding new sophisticated clients, consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets.Leadership & Growth Focus: At least 2 years' experience in a formal leadership or managerial capacity. Experience in recruiting & developing team members will be a huge plus.Understanding of the complex financial and investment needs of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Family Offices.Strong working knowledge of critical regional financial regulatory frameworkSalient Talent Pte.
