We specialize in delivering customized avionics solutions through our innovative services, parts, and aircraft systems.Your RoleTo grow our engineering team in Kastanienbaum (Lucerne, Switzerland), we are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead for our Airborne Electronics Design team:Lead and mentor a team of airborne electronics engineers, coordinating daily activities and fostering a high performance, collaborative environment.Drive efficiency, evaluate and refine existing workflows, tools and processes to boost productivity.Provide technical expertise and guidance during the request for proposal (RFP) phase.Define, measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team efficiency and project success.Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with other departments and the customer to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure, along the project manager, that projects are on-time and adequately resourcedYour Profile – Essential QualificationsA passion for aviation and innovative technology.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.A proven leadership track record in hardware and/or software development.Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent Englishcommunication skillsYour Ideal BackgroundProven experience in electronic HW and / or SW development within the aviation industry.Hands-on experience in successfully certifying a project according to DO-178.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an engineering environment.Strong understanding of aircraft system architectures.Good knowledge of relevant aviation legislation (EASA/FAA).Why Join KUERZI?At KUERZI, we unleash potential by fostering a dynamic, flexible, and start-up-like team environment.
