We believe in equal opportunity and strive to crWhat you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:Maintain Gross NPL at ≤ 2%Maintain Flow Rate* for each bucketAnalyze collection performance trends, customer/debtor segmentation, and the effectiveness of collection strategies to prepare or revise efficient collection policiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, including aging, bucket flow rate, recovery rate, DC and FC productivity, and TL collection performanceConduct data analysis and forecasting, analyze payment delay trends, evaluate the effectiveness of collection efforts, and produce performance predictions to support decision-makingMonitor SLA and KPI for the Collection Team, measure and report SLA and KPI achievements such as Contact Rate, Success Rate, PTP, etc.Develop Dashboards and Monitoring Tools, collaborate with the IT/BI team and other related divisions to create real-time dashboards that display key performance indicatorsProvide data-driven recommendations on collection strategies, adjust collection methods, and determine debtor prioritizationPerform data validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability for reporting and strategic decision-makingConduct analysis and provide business insights to support system enhancement and tool improvement for better collection performanceDeliver recommendations to the collection team based on data findings and performance trendsMonitor system integrations with third parties related to collection processes, especially in Digital BankingPrepare and manage reporting for Retail BankingWhat Is Required And What We’re Looking For:Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (any major)Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, Policy, MIS, or Business IntelligenceUsed to and capable of building “raw” data into a database and reports, as well as performing analysis that can be used to determine collection strategiesHas experience leading a team for at least 2 yearsExperienced in managing and analyzing performance data, especially related to CollectionProficient in using computers and data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau / Looker, Python or R (added value), etc.Understands collection strategy workflows and collection performance indicators (Flowrate, aging, success rate, PTP, Recovery Rate, etc.)Mastery of data management and KPI dashboard developmentAble to perform data modeling, segmentation, and trend analysisFamiliar and experienced with collection and recovery systemsHas strong communication and presentation skills (capable of speaking in front of a forum and delivering data in a clear business insight format)Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong leadership skills, able to lead a team, motivate, and direct the team effectivelyCollaborative and able to work across divisionsAdaptive, resilient, able to work under pressure and tight deadlinesHas work experience in the financial sector, especially in banking/non-bank financial institutionPreferably has experience in Banking (Conventional and Digital) for at least 3 yearsUnderstands OJK regulations/guidelines related to banking and digital bankingDoes not have any bad record or unresolved debts with any bankHas a high level of accuracy and detail in processesUnderstands operational procedures and OJK regulations (Conventional and Digital Banking)
