About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of managerial experience in real estate and will be responsible for leading, mentoring and growing a dynamic team of property consultants, ensuring that both individual and collective sales goals are met or exceeded.You will also manage your own portfolio and corporate VIP clients, contributing directly to the company’s revenue and reputation for excellence.Our vision is to create an extraordinary environment where talented people thrive, collaborate, and achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to Dubai’s real estate market.Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.Actively sell and manage your own portfolio of VIP and key clients.Collaborate closely with senior management on goal-setting, forecasting, and performance reporting.Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and regulatory developments in Dubai.Foster a positive, competitive, and results-oriented team culture.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market.At least 1 year of proven leadership experience in a brokerage or sales management role.Deep knowledge of both off-plan and secondary market properties.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong ability to coach and inspire a sales team to exceed performance targets.Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management, and sales tracking tools.Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.Valid UAE Driving License and personal car.Valid RERA License.Available to join within one week.Why Join Heart of the City PropertiesOpportunity to build and improve company processes and influence business strategy.Competitive commission structure combined with a creative and motivational grading system.Freedom to lead and grow your own team within a supportive and collaborative environment.Premium office location in One Central, Dubai World Trade Center.
