This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing automation,data analysis, and campaign management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhanceour marketing efforts and drive engagement with our audience.Key Responsibilities Hubspot Administration:Manage and maintain the Hubspot instance, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.Configure and troubleshoot Hubspot tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and reportingfeatures. Mergers and Acquisitions:Fully scope the Hubspot instance of acquired companiesDocument all Hubspot-related processes for new acquisitionsProvide insight into possible migration/integration of Hubspot instances and identify areas ofopportunity. Lead Nurturing Optimization:Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and customerengagement.Analyze the effectiveness of existing nurturing campaigns and make data-driven recommendationsfor enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamlessexecution of campaigns.Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives. Reporting & Analysis:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of automation initiatives.Prepare regular reports andQualificationsHere's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms. Proven experience in lead nurturing strategies and campaign optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
