We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to drive our DevOps and Information Security initiatives in a fast-growing software company. Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a professional team in the areas of DevOps and Information SecurityDesign, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in cloud environmentsDrive organization-wide security projects and best practicesCollaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve processes and system reliabilityEnsure system availability, stability, and security across all environments Requirements:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Information SecurityPractical DevOps experience, including work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Proven team leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop team membersDeep understanding of complex systems, automation, monitoring tools, and CI/CD workflowsAbility to operate independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment Advantageous Skills:Experience in SaaS environmentsRelevant certifications in Security / Cloud / DevOps
