This role offers the opportunity to lead a motivated team, drive digital initiatives, and ensure a reliable, secure, and future-ready IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesStrategic and operational leadership of the IT team: ensuring effective collaboration, supporting team development, and taking responsibility for implementing IT projects and goals.Administration and continuous improvement of a largely heterogeneous Windows environment.Active participation in IT-related projects.Ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and application software.Management of the backup solution.Providing technical support and assistance to colleagues.QualificationsStrong leadership and empathy: ability to motivate an IT team, set clear goals, and foster a positive work environment through open communication and solution-oriented action.Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office, and other software.Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware ESXi, SAN storage, Veeam Backup), networking and routing (firewall, NAT, VLAN, routing, VPN, VoIP), and relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL).Goal-oriented and high-quality approach to work.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Application-related: Residence in Tutzing region or willingness to work in a hybrid setup.Skills: system administration,leadership,it
