IntroductionWe’re looking for a second Team Lead Logistics to take charge of the daily operations at our logistics location in Hapert (North Brabant) — managing a dedicated team that ensures every order is picked, packed, and shipped with precision and care.Together with our current Team Lead you’ll be responsible for streamlining warehouse processes, improving efficiency, and leading your team to make sure our customers receive their orders and have a great experience with Wellis. This role is ideal for someone coming from a last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or fulfillment background, who’s ready to take ownership and help build scalable operations in one of the fastest-growing healthtech companies in the Netherlands.About WellisWellis is a young, fast-moving healthtech scale-up with a clear mission: combine medical expertise, technology, and data to make healthcare smarter, more efficient, and more personal.We started only 2 years ago but have already experienced amazing traction and success — leading us to the point where we’re now creating structures, expanding teams with top talent, and setting up our product for growth.We’re focused on lowering the barriers to care, especially for health concerns people don’t always feel comfortable seeking help for.Our treatment portfolio is expanding rapidly, and our ambition is to build long-term, digital-first solutions that support people across different stages of their health journey.You’ll join an ambitious, international team where ownership is encouraged, collaboration is key, and impact is visible from day one.We’re opening our new office in Rotterdam this year, while our logistics and pharmacy operations are based in Hapert, North Brabant — where this role will be located.About The RoleAs Team Lead Logistics, you’ll oversee all warehouse operations in Hapert — from inbound deliveries to outbound shipments.You’ll manage the logistics team, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure that every customer order is fulfilled accurately and on time.Your focus will be on efficiency, structure, and team development. You’ll work closely with our Pharmacy, and Supply Chain teams to make sure the right products reach our customers smoothly and safely — at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach the warehouse team (pickers, packers, and logistics staff).Plan and monitor daily operations to ensure all orders are processed on time.Manage inbound and outbound logistics.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and pharmaceutical handling standards.Continuously improve warehouse workflows and identify automation opportunities.Collaborate with Supply Chain to align forecasts and delivery schedules.Track and report key metrics such as order accuracy, throughput, and efficiency.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.A Week in the LifeMonday – Kick off the week with a warehouse stand-up and set priorities for the team.Tuesday – Check inbound deliveries, align with Supply Chain, and solve bottlenecks.Wednesday – Work on process improvements to increase packaging speed and accuracy.Thursday – Review performance metrics and coach team members.Friday – Wrap up the week with a team meeting — share wins and plan for next week.Who You Are3–6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations in last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or fulfillment.Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.Hands-on, structured, and process-oriented mindset.Strong communication skills and a natural team leader.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS).Fluent in Dutch and English.Based in or near Hapert, North Brabant (on-site role).What We OfferA key role in building and optimizing our logistics operations in Hapert.Competitive salary (€3,000–€4,500 depending on experience).Travel allowance and pension scheme.Full-time position, 40 hours per week.Supportive, down-to-earth culture with lots of ownership and freedom.Opportunities to grow into broader Operations or Supply Chain leadership roles.Hiring ProcessIntro Call – with our Talent team.Interview – with our COO.Case Discussion – a short practical scenario about warehouse improvement.Final Conversation – meet one of the founders.
