Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our client's warehouse facility near Amsterdam. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods with accuracy and timeliness.Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.Prepare operational reports and resolve discrepancies.Support shift planning and ensure adequate staffing levels.QualificationsMinimum MBO-4 level education (Secondary Vocational Education).3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics supervision.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).Fluent in Dutch and English.VGB clearance may be required (depending on client requirements).Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks.
