Team Lead – White Labels and JVs

ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries.Role Purpose:Lead the development and management of ACE’s White Label and JV initiatives, including lead generation, contract negotiation, onboarding coordination, and ongoing performance oversight. The Team Lead ensures commercial, technical, and regulatory readiness for all white-label and third-party collaborations, acting as the central liaison between internal departments and external partners. This role will be centred around the coordination of major partnerships for expansion via white labelling.Key Responsibilities:Drive the end-to-end execution of ACE’s White Label and JV strategy—from lead generation through to launch and post-go-live managementIdentify potential partners (EMIs, MSBs, banks, fintech’s) and evaluate their commercial and technical fit with ACE’s ecosystemCoordinate closely with Compliance, Licensing, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and contract finalisationOversee due diligence, business case preparation, and commercial proposal development for each opportunityManage all project timelines, deliverables, and partner communications through structured trackers and reportingLead internal working groups for each live project, ensuring readiness of technical integration, settlement flows, and risk mitigationsSupervise and mentor officers within the team, assigning clear responsibilities and maintaining delivery disciplineKey Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in B2B partnerships, fintech sales, or payment network managementStrong understanding of white-label and vendor partnership models (APIs, settlement cycles, SLAs)Proven negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilityProject management experience with multi-team dependenciesExcellent communication, documentation, and presentation skillsCore Competencies:Commercial acumen and deal executionCross-functional coordinationAnalytical and problem-solving abilityLeadership and team developmentACE Money Transfer Profile: https://acemoneytransfer.com/company-profilePowered by JazzHRt20xMDXfxp
