Leads and supervises the team to maintain smooth operations, supports guest satisfaction, and coordinates effectively with internal teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Supervise, support, and develop team members through coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and daily briefings.Maintain high-quality guest service by addressing needs promptly and ensuring consistent service delivery.Coordinate effectively with internal departments, management, external vendors, and partners to support operational requirements.Monitor stock, cash handling, and operational controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.Uphold company policies, SOPs, safety practices, and grooming standards to maintain a safe and professional work environment.About YouBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field; diploma/certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management preferred.2–3 years of experience in food & beverage operations, team supervision, and guest service management.Strong knowledge of food safety standards, operational procedures, and staff management.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.About the Benefits: At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
