THE OPPORTUNITYOur partner, a leading provider of private rehabilitation centers and co-located clinics within aged care facilities across Australia, is seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Healthcare) to join their team! Renowned for offering a comprehensive range of allied health services, they stand out as one of the few allied health groups in Australia actively conducting research within their clinics, promoting a holistic, client-centered approach to treatment.As the Team Leader, you will provide essential leadership and day-to-day management for the offshore support team members. This role is focused on driving team performance to meet and exceed business service level agreements (SLAs) through effective workload management, continuous coaching, and robust performance oversight.This role is required to fully report onsite during the first 1-2 months. After that, the role will follow 1x a week onsite, every Tuesday, then work from home the rest of the days. Working hours will follow Australian Business Hours.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the offshore support team, providing daily guidance and direction.Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs to consistently meet business goals.Conduct regular performance reviews, give feedback, and implement development plans.Oversee training, onboarding, and upskilling to ensure team competency and growth.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex support tasks.Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to maintain timely delivery.Use data, reports, and dashboards to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes and systems.Collaborate with the Central Business Support Leader on reporting, risk management, and process documentation.Skills, Experience & QualificationBachelor’s degree in business administration or related fieldProven leadership skills with strong experience in managing and developing a team in a fast-paced, operational environment.Experience working in a healthcare industry is required.Proven ability to manage team performance, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing, time-critical workloads for a team.Strong proficiency in data analysis and using reports and dashboards to guide decision-making and manage team operations.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.A deep, hands-on understanding of all tasks performed by the offshore support team.ASW OFFERSA diverse, inclusive, and supportive company culture.Competitive remuneration.Opportunity to collaborate and work with global clients and stakeholders.Medical benefits.Great Paid Leave entitlements.Team outings, travel opportunities, company parties/events, and other exciting activities.Exposure to an international environment, working with people across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Australia.Industry and role-related training.Ongoing career opportunities.
