An AO6 Team Leader - Enforcement vacancy is available in the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) of the Queensland Revenue Office.You will be responsible for delivering effective enforcement initiatives for SPER by leading a team of professionals that deliver a state-wide enforcement program.The position is based in our Gold Coast office with flexible work options available and access to professional growth pathways.Please read the role description for more information. We welcome questions and look forward to hearing from you.Your typical day as a Team Leader - Enforcement may include: Lead and manage a team of officers, ensuring a constructive and high-performance culture. Undertake quality assurance, implement feedback and apply a continuous improvement mindset to processes and planning. Make decisions in accordance with legislation, policies and other frameworks and brief up to senior management. Undertake phone calls with debtors to resolve outstanding debt (both inbound and outbound).
