Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at our Qesm 1st Nasser City location. Responsibilities include overseeing and guiding team performance to achieve targets, ensuring smooth operations, mentoring and motivating team members, and maintaining high service standards. The Team Leader will facilitate communication between team members and other departments, monitor productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency. You will also resolve issues effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve optimal results. Qualifications Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving objectives.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear internal collaboration and client satisfaction.Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and process improvement initiatives.Familiarity with call center operations or similar environments is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.Strong adaptability and ability to work within a dynamic team setting to meet performance goals.
