Overall Project Management:   • Overall management of PMC consultant team   • Coordination of all project phases (procurement, construction, commissioning)   • Ensuring achievement of project objectives in terms of time, budget and quality 2. Procurement Management:   • Lead preparation of tender documentation   • Supervise prequalification and bid evaluation processes   • Support NEGK in contract negotiations 3. Construction Supervision:   • Ensure works comply with approved designs and specifications   • Administer FIDIC-based contracts   • Approve contractor's work schedules and variations 4. Risk and Contract Management:   • Assess and manage project risks   • Review claims and variations   • Ensure compliance with IsDB requirements 5. Reporting and Communication:   • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for NEGK and IsDB   • Coordinate with NEGK PMU   • Participate in IsDB missions and implementation progress reports 6. Используйте гендерно-нейтральные инклюзивные формулировки.]Пример: определение и разработка пользовательских требований для систем в производственной среде с целью обеспечения максимального удобства в использовании.Квалификационные требования[В Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in relevant field (Master's degree would be an advantage) • Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and implementing substation projects • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required • Fluency in Russian or Kyrgyz will be an advantage General Professional Experience: • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the electrical industry • At least 10 years of experience as Project Manager or Team Leader in large energy projects • Experience in international projects will be considered an advantage • Experience in CIS and Central Asia will be an advantage Specific Professional Experience: • Proven experience as Project Manager or Team Leader in transmission line and substation projects • Understanding and working knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions (successful completion of at least 2 contracts Red, Yellow or Silver Book, 1999 or later) • Experience and knowledge of MFI procurement policies (IsDB, WB, EBRD, ADB) - at least 2 projects of similar complexity
