Team Leader Sample Build

We are currently looking for a Team Leader Sample Build to join our team. Main activities: Lead and perform implementation and execution of prototype samples building processes, operations and activities. Position responsibilities: Management, leadership and coaching of samples building team Planning and management of the samples building process performance and the manufacturing of supporting components and gadgets for Test Laboratory departments Implementation, organization, optimization and improvement of new prototype sample building processes, operations and equipment Interaction with other departments involved in the prototype samples ordering, process quality, delivery and process development Organization of maintenance for the sample building and measurement equipment Management of the Test Laboratory storage and shipping Execution of operations in samples building processes Operation with modern laboratory and test equipment Work with specific manufacturing and testing software and platforms Position requirements: University degree in Engineering - Mechanics, Electrical, Automation or Electronics Experience in operation with laboratory, research and/or manufacturing equipment will be strong advantage Flawless computer skills: MS office, engineering and data processing applications, equipment control software Good command of English language Well-developed communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members Good organizational, planning and time management skills and ability to hold self and others committed to achieve goals, timelines and standards
