Work location: SCB Head Office at SCB Park, BangkokJob Summary:You're responsible for leading the SCB Ultra Private Banker team to deliver tailored investment solutions and exceptional client service. Your role includes driving client acquisition, maintaining relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients, and collaborating with wealth management teams to optimize portfolios and achieve business targets.Job Description:Lead and manage the SCB Ultra Private Banker team, ensuring team members can recommend appropriate investment products and achieve performance targetsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized onshore and offshore banking solutions, expert advice on portfolio management, financial products, investment opportunities, and wealth structuringAcquire new clients through strategic networking with existing networks and targeted prospecting effortsDeliver exceptional client service by ensuring accurate transaction execution, prompt responses to client inquiries, and alignment with their financial goalsCollaborate closely with wealth management teams, including the Chief Investment Office team, Wealth Planning, and Family Office, to enhance client outcomesMonitor and optimize clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their objectives and strategiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in Private Banking, Investment, or Wealth Management, experience in working with high-net-worth clients is preferredExperience in offshore investments or offshore work is an advantageHolder of relevant investment and insurance licenses; CFP certification is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for sales and client service, hard-working, ambitious, and capable at delivering effective presentations
