Responsibilities:The annual three-year strategic planDevelop and project manage the annual three-year strategic planning process.Perform in-dept research and analysis of macroeconomic trends and competitive landscapes.Develop comprehensive three-year business strategies at the Group level, collaborating extensively with business unit teams to align on a unified and forward-looking business direction.Consolidate strategic plans from all business units, provide cross-functional analysis and ensure alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.Translate long-term strategic objectives into actional KPIs for senior executives, conduct annual performance assessments against these KPIs, and develop new KPI proposal each year to ensure they are in line with the company’s long-term strategic objectives.Group’s monthly financial performance analysisPrepare the Group’s monthly financial performance analysis for senior leadership, providing a thorough analysis of financial results against budget and long-term operational objectives across all business units.Industry trend and competitive landscape analysisTrack market trends, industry updates, and the financial performance of key competitors in the hospitality and restaurant sectors.Prepare quarterly analysis to senior executives, detailing insights into competitor’s financial performance, operational results as well as upcoming strategies and developments.Provide extensive support to senior executives in preparing business reviews and conducting ad-hoc analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.Qualifications:Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, management consulting or a similar role. Experience working within large multinational corporations or listed companies is highly preferred.Strong strategic thinking and financial analytical skills.Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous self-improvement, a strong growth mindset, and a readiness to step up and embrace new challenges and opportunities.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
