We ensure efficient, safe, and reliable support for vehicles and passengers, no matter where a breakdown occurs.Role OverviewDo you already live in Spain or want to move to Spain? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Manager to lead operational teams dedicated to the Norwegian market. This role will manage Team Leaders, drive performance, ensure service quality, and align operations with company goals and customer expectations. Acting as the key link for Norwegian operations, this role will foster collaboration and a high-performance culture. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and the work location is in one of our offices in Torrevieja or Fuengirola, Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Delivery: Ensure Norwegian operations meet SLAs and KPIs through monitoring and continuous improvement.Leadership & Team Development: Lead and support Team Leaders, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Operational Management: Act as the main contact for country-specific needs, escalations, and compliance. Strategic Contribution: Work closely with Country Managers and local units to align priorities, processes, and performance standards.QualificationsProven experience in leading leaders and managing operational teams, ideally within a service-oriented or customer-focused environment. Formal education in a related field is beneficial, but equivalent professional experience is highly valued.Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.Core competenciesStrong skills in planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities to monitor performance and implement improvements.Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
