Job Purpose:Responsible Payroll & Retiral activitiesReview and process of daily Financial TransactionsControl on daily activity trackerMIS and daily Reporting of transaction for each activityData Accuracy and time management is key for this roleKey Responsibility Areas : 6 – 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)Inputter for Day-to-Day Transaction:Review of daily activities as per trackertransactions review in line with Policy and prescribed SOPs of departmentValidate authenticity of transactionsGiving financial effects as inputter in systemGL Reconciliation with Base files:Daily reconciliation of transaction with base and final systemReviewing Control GLs and transitory accountsReconciliation of GLs with base systemAdministrative, Compliance & Personal Efficiency:Ensure all laid down system and process guidelines as stipulated by Audit and Senior Management are followedEnsure self-discipline (Late Login, Unscheduled Offs)Adherence to Bank’s policies /guidelinesBack up ResponsibilitiesEnsure role of back upEnsure leave planning and backupsKey SkillsGood Team spiritInter-personal skillTime / Team Management MIS - Data management (Soft Skill - Excel)Proactive & focused approachPayroll and Retiral Process KnowledgeAccounting Knowledge / Trust accountingTrust InvestmentEducational Qualifications – Graduate Key Skills – Good Communication & Soft skills (Excel)Graduate / Inter CAPayroll & Retiral Process KnowledgeTeam ManagementMIS - Data management (Soft Skill - Excel)Planning and Organizing SkillsExperience Required: Minimum experience in years – 1 to 4 yr, Exposure to Payroll and retiral activitiesMajor Stakeholders (intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)PAD – FinanceFincon TeamHR Team Payroll VendorExternal & Internal Auditors
