You’ll rethink processes, leverage modern systems, and actively contribute to Belimo’s growth.What You'll DoEnsure efficient and seamless processes throughout the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)Take overall responsibility for payroll processing for approximately 1,000 employees at our headquarters in HinwilLead and further develop a six-person team in the area of HR Administration & PayrollDrive the development and digitalization of HR and payroll processesManage and enhance our time management and payroll systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors)Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Controlling in the context of headcount and budget planningAct as a point of contact for internal and external audits, as well as all matters relating to HR compliance and employment law standardsHandle active interface management with internal departments (e.g., IT, Accounting, Controlling) and external partners and authoritiesWho You AreCompleted commercial training with further education in payroll or social insuranceSeveral years of experience in payroll and HR administration, combined with solid leadership experienceStrong knowledge of Swiss labor law, ideally with experience handling expats/inpatsExcellent SAP and Excel skills, with experience using digital HR systemsA strong leadership personality with a high service orientation and strong interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinker with a structured approach and a passion for continuous improvementFluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and writtenWho We AreAt Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
