Tech Americas is hiring a skilled IT NOC & Helpdesk Specialist to support our internal infrastructure and ensure top-tier technical support. This is a mid-to-senior-level role ideal for someone with strong networking and troubleshooting skills. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network performance using NOC tools. Provide on-site support for hardware, software & connectivity issues. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and server incidents. Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolutions. Deploy and maintain workstations, printers, and other equipment. Administer Active Directory (users, groups, permissions). Document procedures and mentor junior team members. Support system upgrades and IT projects. Requirements5+ years in IT support or network operations.
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN. Proficient in Windows OS, MS365, and remote support tools. Strong AD management and ticketing systems experience.
