Company DescriptionWe are currently incubating a Mental Health Service Providing Organization focused on making mental health care more accessible, connected, and personalized. Our platform will allow people to easily access a variety of mental health professionals through a website and software application. We are mission-driven and aim to create innovative, evidence-based solutions that positively impact the mental health ecosystem.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role (on-site in Calgary, AB, or remote collaboration) for a Tech Co-Founder. The Tech Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to build and scale the organization's platform. Daily tasks include:Leading the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applicationsOverseeing technical operations and ensuring platform security, privacy, and accessibilityCollaborating with stakeholders and the executive team to align technology with organizational goalsDriving innovation and optimizing the technology infrastructure to enhance service deliveryQualificationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience in software development (web and/or mobile) and digital platformsFamiliarity with digital health or wellness solutionsExperience in the mental health or social impact sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
