You’ll be leading a newly formed, cross-functional team to take this high-impact product to the next level. Following a proven MVP, we have the chance to shape the future of a product that completes our offering and drives real value. We’re building on a modern web stack with Next.js/React and cross-platform mobile technologies, following best practices and moving fast through build-measure-learn cycles.What you will be doingCo-lead your scrum team with the Product Manager, shaping both what we build and how we deliver itPartner with designers, product managers, researchers, QA, and engineers from other domains to create great productsContribute hands-on to our web and hybrid app codebase, with a strong focus on quality, maintainability, and scalabilityDrive architectural and technical decisions, and ensure high-quality implementation across the teamRepresent your team’s systems in cross-team technical discussions and company-wide initiativesAct as the go-to person for technical guidance and production operations within your teamSpot technical bottlenecks early, proactively steering the team around risks and blockersMentor and support engineers through feedback, coaching, and thoughtful code reviewsStrengthen our codebase and processes by sharing ideas, challenging conventions, and championing improvementsQualificationsWhat we are looking forDepth in modern web development with TypeScript, Next.js, and ReactStrong skills in frontend architecture and scaling large React applicationsAbility to balance hands-on coding with providing technical direction and leadershipProven experience guiding teams toward technical excellence while delivering product outcomesFamiliarity with production operations, monitoring, and running systems at scaleSolid grounding in testing strategies and CI/CD practicesFluency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively across teams This is nice to haveProficiency with Chakra UI or similar component libraries and design systemsExperience in native or hybrid mobile app development, bridging web and mobile platformsA background as a Tech Lead or in another influential engineering role, shaping teams and technology directionAdditional InformationBenefits you'll loveBe a part of well established Swiss-based subsidiary in BelgradeWe value work-life balance and employee happiness.
