Role Description Payoneer is seeking a full-time Tech Lead for its on-site office located in South District, Israel. The Tech Lead will oversee a cross-functional development team, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of technical projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, producing scalable and reliable software solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring timely project delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning technological decisions with the business's strategic goals. Qualifications Experience in software architecture design, system development, and implementationProficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools such as Java, Python, or related technologiesStrong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API developmentProven track record of team leadership, collaboration, and mentoring, with effective communication skillsExperience in Agile development practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProblem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challengesPrior experience in financial technology (FinTech) or payment systems is an advantageProficiency in managing cross-functional teams and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions on time
