🚀 Join Sector Alarm as a Tech Lead!📍 Location: Spain (Fuengirola/Malaga/Madrid), Norway (Oslo) - hybrid role📱 Department: TechRole Overview: Your Day-to-DayAs Tech Lead for Communications & AI, you will: Guide the technical direction for a team focused on customer-facing chat, smart tools for Customer Service agents, internal workflow automation, chatbots tailored to business areas, call transcribing, and auto-summaries. Shape the broader work culture by mentoring your own team and influencing other teams to adopt proactive, creative, and forward-thinking practices. Empower team members to take on creative challenges and drive innovation across the organization. Engage directly with stakeholders, supported by the product team, to ensure solutions deliver real business value. To learn more about our Tech organization click here.Key Responsibilities Own the technical vision, architecture, and solution design for your pod’s domain, spanning customer self-service and CS agent enablement. Lead development and delivery of APIs and backend services for LLMs and customer service tools (.NET, React). Break down epics into technical tasks, plan sequencing of work, and ensure alignment with business goals and constraints. Stay hands-on in development, maintaining all developer responsibilities. Mentor developers and influence training and development plans for technical skills, extending your impact beyond your immediate team. Build consensus, solve blockers, and escalate when needed for complex technical initiatives across platforms, disciplines, and pods. Collaborate with Architecture, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers to agree on solutions and communicate technical debt and its value. Ensure technical alignment and delivery coordination with other pods, especially for cross-pod dependencies. Take initiative to support company-wide projects beyond Tech (e.g., wellbeing, ESG, etc).What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years as a Tech Lead or equivalent senior technical role. Minimum 8 years as a Backend Developer (.NET Core/C#), with hands-on coding experience. Strong expertise in React and modern frontend frameworks. Proven experience designing and delivering production APIs and backend systems. Solid understanding of microservices, REST/event-driven APIs, and cloud environments (Azure preferred). Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design/UX, Data). Conceptual understanding of LLMs, RAG and AI/ML integration (hands-on experience a plus). Experience with MCP servers and API integrations in LLM workflows. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Valid EU work permit. Willingness to travel as needed.Nice-to-have Experience with Azure ecosystem, Service Bus, SQL/NoSQL. DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Event-driven and distributed architectures.
