JOB DESCRIPTIONExperienced in managing organizational endpoints and applications, including oversight of technical resources, staff, product delivery, and implementation. Strong understanding of enterprise network, infrastructure, and security environments.Hardware:HP, Dell, IBM Laptops/Desktops, Docking StationsZebra Handheld Scanners, Zebra Label PrintersGeneral knowledge of firewalls, servers, virtual environments, wireless standards, and technologiesSoftware:Microsoft Azure Administration, Microsoft OS and Office Suite, SAP, QADServiceNOW Reporting, Common PC Applications, Web BrowsersDNS, DHCP, Imaging and Deployment ApplicationsWindows Server/Desktop OS (All), Remote Control (TeamViewer), Other Network TechnologiesEducation:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceExperience:5+ years in a related fieldProven experience in organizing and enabling endpoint operationsLeadership experience in managing endpoint operationsExpertise in project management for endpoints within a global IT organizationPosition Requirements:Team-oriented, skilled in working within a global, collaborative environment2-5 years of relevant experience in managed services, application support, application administration, or Help Desk (preferred)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for documenting plans, reports, and proceduresExperience in managed services and customer-facing supportStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentationAbility to work independently, highly motivated, and adaptableExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and resolve technical issuesResponsibilitiesProactively monitor, support, and troubleshoot MPS applications, ensuring system health and operation.Respond promptly and professionally to calls/emails, gather information, and resolve or escalate requests.Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and workflows.Stay updated on system status and dependencies affecting user experience.Collaborate with clients and personnel to resolve functional issues and meet service level agreements.Support user/system administration to maintain a functional MPS environment.Analyze endpoint, middleware, application logs, and configurations; collaborate with development teams to manage software/device quality.Provide support for customer-facing three-tier applications, working with third-party technical teams.Utilize system monitoring tools (ServiceNOW, MS Azure) for system health and security management.Flexible work hours may be required to address application and client needs.BlueSky Resource Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
