You’ll also help identify anddeliver opportunities were automation and AI can drive operational efficiency andbetter client service.Finally, this role will be a key contributor to the COO’s delivery agenda, providingvisibility across the executive team.MONUMENT - PUBLIC INFORMATIONHow You’ll Make an Impact Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple technology projectsacross Monument. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuringalignment on goals, scope, and delivery timelines. Develop clear project frameworks defining milestones, dependencies, andsuccess criteria to keep initiatives on track and on budget. Support Monument’s digital transformation, working with the CTO, Product, andEngineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance operationalefficiency and client experience. Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure projects meet all regulatoryand governance standards. Use data and insights to monitor project progress, identify risks early, andimplement corrective actions proactively. Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuringsmooth delivery and quality outcomes. Champion clarity, transparency, and accountability in every stage of delivery,ensuring the leadership team has visibility on progress and impact.In Your First Year, You Will Deliver 2-3 high impact technology projects end-to-end Establish a consistent delivery framework across multiple businessareas/workstreams Build trusted partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations and Riskteams Identify and deliver automation or tooling improvements that save measurabletime or cost.We’re Looking for Someone Who Is An experienced project manager or delivery lead with a track record ofsuccessfully managing complex technology projects. Confident working across both business and technical domains, you canunderstand engineering challenges while communicating clearly withexecutives and stakeholders. Skilled in project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid deliverymodels) and experienced using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion. Adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong prioritisationand time-management skills. An articulate communicator who can influence (senior) stakeholders and inspireteams. Technically fluent - familiar with modern technology environments includingcloud platforms (AWS preferred), APIs, and digital banking systems.MONUMENT - PUBLIC INFORMATION A natural collaborator who brings clarity and calm to complex, fast-movingprojects. Curious and forward-thinking, eager to explore how emerging technologies(including AI and automation) can improve delivery and efficiency.Desirable Experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated financial services. Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines and agile engineeringdelivery is beneficial. . Exposure to transformation or migration projects in cloud or dataenvironments.
