Job Description

Coordinate with team to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria Manage and implement end-to-end recruitment process (including but not limited to job posting, HR Interview Technical Test, User Interview, Offering, Psychotest, Referencee & Background Checking, Create contract for new employee, and onboarding process) Design, develop, and implement internal HR policies aligned with company’s objectives and requirements Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company Policies Monitors Human Resources Information Data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team’s manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure Conduct performance management for all employees by using KPI to evaluate employee performance for effectiveness and efficiency in accordance to the company’s objectives.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and administration or Psychology from a reputable university At least 2 years of experience within the Human Resources field with a strong knowledge of basic HR processes, tools, and instructions Proven communication and facilitation skills sufficiently to engage staff, adaptive and proactive approach Knowledge of Human Resources policy and processes, excellent skill in HR database and administrations Excellent organization abilities with the ability to work to deadlines and manage time well
