The position will be responsible for the direct oversight and operations of a small team of technicians who perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization of HVAC systems in order to achieve regulated climatic conditions.
The ideal EMI HVAC Field Services Manager is EPA Universal Certified, has chiller and DDC/Controls experience, and has the skill level to teach, train and supervise as well as the ability to make repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. This is a supervisory role responsible for the training and leadership of HVAC Technician I and General Maintenance workers. On-site support is required 5 days a week.

split package, residential style, and up to light commercial, mini-splits, VAV's and AHUsUse a multi-meter to check voltage ampUse a torch for brazingPrepare work orders and cost materials estimatesRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent4+ years of advanced experience in the maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of commercial/industrial HVAC systemsExperience with ChillersExperience with Direct Digital Control (DDC)EPA Universal Refrigeration LicenseHVAC I course or equivalentValid driver's license compliant with REAL ID Act or are you willing and able to obtain onePass a pre-employment drug screening and background checkRegular, dependable attendance U.
