Techical Team Lead

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee a cross-functional development team working on innovative Saas backend with web and mobile applications.You will combine hands-on technical expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Flutter/Dart, and AWS with strong leadership and mentoring skills.As a Team Lead, you will guide architectural decisions, ensure best engineering practices, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality releases that align with business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of backend, frontend, and mobile developers through the full software development lifecycle.Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize the backlog.Architect and review high-quality, scalable applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React/Next.js for backend and web and Flutter/Dart for mobile.Oversee backend service development, API integrations, and deployment pipelines on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFront, etc.).Drive technical planning, sprint execution, and code quality across the team.Mentor engineers, conduct regular code reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing.Define and enforce best practices in architecture, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.RequirementsMust-Have Skills6+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing distributed teams and agile processes (Scrum/Kanban).Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.Experience with React and Next.js for frontend web development.Hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter/Dart.Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code quality standards.Excellent english language skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).Exposure to performance optimization, security best practices, and scalability strategies.Previous experience mentoring developers and conducting technical interviews.
