Visionaries 777 is a global XR (AR/VR/MR) technology company operating at the intersection of real-time 3D, enterprise software, and immersive solutions.The company runs both a services business (Visionaries 777) and a scalable product platform (Inspekly), serving international clients as well as enterprise and institutional partners.In 2025, we relocated our headquarters from Hong Kong to Japan. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are accelerating our expansion in the Japanese market.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Technical Account Executive to lead new business acquisition for our software solutions.This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and technical proposal development to negotiation and closing.You will work closely with product and engineering teams in Hong Kong to translate customer requirements into compelling technical and commercial proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closingIdentify and develop new business opportunities within target industriesUnderstand customer technical requirements and translate them into tailored software solutionsDeliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makersCollaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with client needsPrepare proposals, pricing models, and commercial termsBuild and manage a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targetsMaintain accurate forecasting and reportingRequired Qualifications3+ years of B2B software sales experience (new business focus)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong technical aptitude and ability to understand software architecture or APIsExperience managing complex sales cyclesExcellent negotiation and closing skillsBusiness-level English proficiencyAble to handle business trips to overseasPreferred QualificationsExperience selling SaaS or enterprise softwareExperience working in a startup or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with solution-based or consultative sellingExperience engaging with technical stakeholders (CTO, Engineering, Product teams)Japanese language skill is a plusOthersWork location: Tokyo (Business trips to overseas)Employment type: Full-time私たちは最先端のXR・AIで大手グローバル企業のマーケティングや営業、人材育成分野のデジタル化をサポートするグローバルカンパニーです。2025年8月に香港から日本に本社を移転し、これから更にマーケットを大きくしていくにあたり、営業活動を担ってくれる方を募集しています。創造的なデザインと高度なテクノロジーを融合させる、急成長中の当社の一員として力を発揮しませんか?【仕事内容】日本国内外での新規クライアント開拓(戦略立案〜実行)見込み顧客への技術提案やプレゼンテーション顧客要件のヒアリングや技術的ソリューション設計の支援受注プロセス全体のマネジメント(提案〜契約交渉〜クロージング)海外拠点やパートナー企業との連携海外出張対応(クライアント訪問や展示会、イベント参加等)資料作成【必須スキル】有形商材の法人営業経験(技術系商材・ソリューション営業経験だと尚可)またはそれに準じる実務経験CADやUnityなどのソフトウェアに関する実務理解や知識技術的な内容を理解し、顧客に説明/提案できる高いコミュニケーション能力ビジネスレベルの英語力海外出張の対応が可能な方自律的に行動ができる方スタートアップの環境でも積極的に行動し成果を出すために努力できる方【歓迎スキル】AR/VR、リアルタイム3D、XRに関する実務経験や知識(学生時代の研究でも可)海外での営業経験【その他】勤務地:東京(海外出張有り)雇用形態:正社員
