Technical Account Manager

You will be part of a strong team of experts, where you will have the opportunity to develop and implement IT strategies with our customers.A little about the positionYou will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the project on a tactical and operational level. Your most important success criteria will be to coordinate and plan the customer's project to high quality and ensure customer satisfaction. More specifically, your tasks will be:Be the customer's primary contact person throughout the project from start to finishMonitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for improvementPrepare and maintain action plans and smaller roadmapsEnsure compliance with standards and quality in deliveriesCoordinate with the rest of the organization for implementationContribute to plans, solutions, estimates and similar deliverablesAbout youYou have experience with technical consulting and IT infrastructure. You have the ability to create strong relationships with customers, are analytical and structured, and can coordinate complex projects. Furthermore, you have:Min. 3 years of experience with technical consulting, operations, or project managementRelevant technical training or equivalent experienceSolid understanding of IT infrastructure and OT solutionsExperience with direct customer dialogue and coordinationKnowledge of compliance and best practice in IT operationsGood communication skills in Danish and English, written and oralProactive and solution-oriented mindsetWe offerAt Atea Consulting, you will be part of a Nordic consultancy with over 1,400 skilled colleagues who are passionate about making a difference for our clients.
