Technical Analyst - UNIX,SQL

Job Title: AnalystExperience Required: 8 YearsJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Analyst with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UNIX, SQL, ITSM processes, monitoring tools, job management, and scripting.Key Responsibilities: Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and key processes. Manage and monitor scheduled jobs using Control-M and related tools. Troubleshoot incidents and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues. Coordinate with various IT teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine operational tasks. Ensure compliance with ITIL and ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management. Work with ITRS Geneos and other monitoring tools for system performance tracking. Prepare reports and documentation as per operational requirements.Technical Skills Required: Operating Systems: UNIX / Linux Database: SQL Monitoring Tools: ITRS Geneos (or equivalent) Job Scheduling: Control-M Process Knowledge: ITSM, ITIL Framework Scripting: Shell / Python / Perl (any scripting language) Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills
