     Technical Architect - Gen AIJob Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end technical solutions for cutting-edge AI Multi-Agent workflow orchestration and domain solutions platform. You will be critical in architecting and implementing innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, and Knowledge Graphs. This role requires strong engineering leadership, direct coding contribution, technical mentorship, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices in a fast-paced, startup environment.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture and design of scalable, secure GenAI solutions centered around Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, and LLM/SLM integrations.Develop detailed solution blueprints, patterns, and architectural standards for multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation.Actively engage in hands-on coding and prototyping, especially for critical components using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph and integrating with vector databases.Lead the implementation of sophisticated data pipelines and integrations for AI technologies, including Voice Agents, Speech-to-Text, and Realtime Speech-to-Speech.Mentor and groom technical leads and engineers, fostering innovation and adherence to defined architectural standards and technical roadmaps.Collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams to translate business objectives into robust technical deliverables.Drive the adoption of best practices in software/AI architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and Responsible AI guidelines.Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development and Solution Architecture, with significant focus on architecting AI-powered solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven background in building enterprise-scale AI solutions with real-time or high-performance requirements.Track record of effectively working in a fast-paced, agile, startup environment.Deep hands-on experience with the following:Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems: Integration and orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, or equivalent.AI Integration & Workflows: LLM/SLM integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, Prompt Engineering, and Guardrails.Data Pipelines: Robust design for seamless data ingestion, transformation, and model integration.
